Ann Curry

Ann Curry was born in America and is an accomplished photographer as well as a journalist. Since more than 45 years she has focused on documenting human suffering, primarily during war and natural catastrophes. Then, she stepped onto becoming an anchor and reporter at KGW, an NBC affiliate station in Portland. Four years later she moved to Los Angeles as a reporter for KBS-TV. She received two Emmy Awards during the six years with the station.
